Times and shipping
Shipping via express courier
The reefknot.it website ships your purchases via SDA express courier.
All items are handmade in a variable, ranging time from 3 to 7 days . For large items (curtains, chandeliers, XL mandalas) processing times range from 10 to 20 days . If you need an urgent order I ask you to contact me before placing the order (from the " Contacts " page or by writing to r eefknotco@gmail.com ) and I will do everything possible to find a satisfactory solution.
SDA courier delivery times are 1-3 working days (therefore excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may require an extra working day.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed starting the following Monday morning.
Once prepared, your package is entrusted to the courier: as soon as it is sent, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the shipment number (tracking number). All Reef Knot items shipping domestically travel in packages traceable .
In the delivery address you provide, it is important to always correctly indicate the surname shown on the intercom. I ask you to always insert correct and complete addresses and to make sure that there is someone present at the indicated location at the time of delivery of the package.
If you want a delivery in a particular time slot there is a supplement of 3 euros: contact me before making the purchase (from the " Contacts " page or by writing to reefknotco @gmail.com ).
I remind you that it is essential to provide a telephone number for delivery and a working email, to contact you in case of non-delivery or package in storage.
Shipping fees
They vary depending on the item purchased and start from 7 euros up to a maximum of 15 euros for larger products (chandeliers, curtains, XL mandalas).
For Europe there is a shipping cost contribution of 6 euros respectively for small parcels (value less than 40 euros, untraceable priority mail) and starting from 18 euros (shipping via UPS courier for "large" parcels).

Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, no problem! You have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you want to return the product. Only one return request is allowed for each order and you can request an exchange or refund for the product. To make a return you simply need to:
Send an email to reefknotco @gmail.com , indicating your name, surname, items you intend to return and the desired compensation: exchange or refund;
Within 10 days of the return request, send the items by courier to the address:

The only costs to be incurred are those of returning the purchased products. Once your return has been received, Reef Knot reserves thirty (30) days to provide a replacement, refund or exchange. In case of unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you as soon as possible.
However, the monetary refund of the product is to be considered possible only in the case of products ready for delivery or defects and damage to the item attributable to the Seller.
. All other refunds will be provided via coupons for the same amount spent by the Buyer, which can be spent on the Reef Knot online shop (excluding shipping costs). For any other specification, remember to always read the Terms and Conditions on the dedicated page in advance, before making any purchase.
Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them, with identification tag and seal. Prepare the package duly sealed before collection.
Beyond 10 days, the return will not be refunded. Products on sale do not require returns unless they have manufacturing defects. It will not be possible to make the products personalized or created on commission, as they are made specifically for the person who requested them.
Only return requests that meet the following requirements will be accepted :

that the items and packaging are in their original conditions (tags, various merchandise);

that the items have not been washed or used.
If an item does not meet one of the requirements listed, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. In this case the returned item will be returned to you, with shipping costs at your expense. Logistics will not accept packages shipped to Reef Knot. Return shipping costs (except for errors attributable to the company) are borne by the customer. The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the package, via PayPal for credit card payment. Reef Knot will not make any refunds until it has received the product in question and checked its condition; once the condition of the item has been verified, the refund procedure will be activated.

I macraperitivi sono serate informali, pensate per creare, sperimentare e stare insieme in un clima rilassato.
Durante l’incontro ci sarà anche un momento dedicato al gusto, con stuzzichini vegan preparati con amore 🌱✨
Il laboratorio ha posti limitati: la partecipazione è solo su prenotazione.

Ogni workshop è indipendente dagli altri, pensato per piccoli gruppi, e richiede prenotazione anticipata.

Masterclass di Macramé – Percorso completo
La Masterclass è un percorso completo in piccolo gruppo, pensato per chi desidera andare oltre il singolo workshop.
Ti guiderò passo passo nella progettazione e realizzazione del tuo arazzo personalizzato, lavorando su materiali, nodi, composizione e finitura.
La partecipazione è solo su prenotazione e i posti sono limitati.
